These Terms of Use of PingOcean LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a document that defines the conditions for using PingOcean services, the rights and obligations of Users (customers) and the Contractor, as well as the procedure for the Contractor to provide access to the use of PingOcean services and its functions for the User (client). In all that is not provided for by these Rules, the Parties are guided by other documents that determine the conditions for the provision of the Services posted on the relevant pages.
In these Rules, the following concepts and terms that are relevant when using the PingOcean services apply:
Contractor – a group of PingOcean services for detecting fraud traffic and testing the quality of voice, SMS routes on the networks of telecom operators;
Visitor – a person who is not authorized on the PingOcean Website through registration and wants to use the PingOcean services for their own purposes, to obtain test results;
User – a person authorized on PingOcean Sites through registration and using PingOcean services in order to obtain test results, statistics and reports, as well as upload results in PDF and Excel formats;
Services – Internet resources https://pingocean.com and https://cab.pingocean.com, i.e. Contractor’s electronic information resource, its maintenance and (or) use technology, operating on the Internet, as well as the organizational structure that provides information interaction;
Document – any of those posted on the Sites, which is generated automatically, or by representatives of the Contractor;
Content – a document, information, reports, access to which and (or) the formation of which is carried out through the database and (or) the software of PingOcean;
Registration is an algorithm of actions of the User (client) aimed at gaining access to the Content.
Personal data – information about the Visitor or User (client), including personal data, information about the place of work, email, phone and other contact information.
Personal Account – an account of the User (client) in the PingOcean Database containing the User’s Personal Data, his login and password, as well as other information determined at the discretion of the Contractor. Access of the User (client) to his Personal Account is carried out using a unique login and password;
Technical requirements – requirements for software and hardware and other resources of the User (client), allowing the performance of the declared functions;
Declared functions – a list of tasks performed by PingOcean services. The declared functions are implemented only in full compliance with the Technical requirements.
Registration
To access Content on the PingOcean website, you must:
- For the Visitor follow the link https://pingocean.com;
- For the User (client) to log in using a unique username and password;
Any Visitor from representatives of telecom operators can register for free on the PingOcean Website. Upon registration, the Visitor is obliged to read and accept these Rules and give consent to the collection, processing and storage of his personal data, if the visitor considers the Rules or consent to the collection, processing and storage of his personal data unacceptable to himself or the Visitor does not agree with their conditions, then the Visitor must terminate the Registration process without completing it. After registration on the Site, the Visitor gains the status of a User (client).
The personal data indicated during the registration by the Visitor must be reliable, the Visitor is solely responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the entered personal data.
Specifying a valid work email address, work or cell phone number, company name, full name The user (client) confirms that he has access to them, has the necessary authority to use them, and expresses unconditional consent to receive messages about the Contractor, etc. hours with notifications of the programs carried out by the Contractor, statistical studies; on the results of verification, research and analysis of the data obtained, allowing to maintain, improve and develop new types of Content. Otherwise, access to the Personal Account and / or Content will be impossible.
User Registration on the Site, i.e. use for access to the Personal Account provides the User with the right:
- access to Content;
- monitoring (accounting and registration) of the actions of the User (client) on the site;
- communications with the Contractor in the forms offered by the Contractor;
- carry out other functions offered by the Contractor.
After registering on the Site, an email message is sent to the specified email address of the Client in order to confirm ownership of the specified address. In parallel, the application for registration is sent to the duty manager of the Contractor, who considers the application within 12 hours for approval of opening access to your personal account, or sends a corresponding refusal.
Rights and obligations of the parties
The user (client) has the right:
- use your Personal Account for authorized access to the Content;
- change the password specified during registration;
- carry out other functions offered by the Contractor.
The user (client) is obliged:
- not to take actions aimed at the occurrence of computer incidents, distribution, publication of test results;
- immediately notify the Contractor of any unauthorized use of his Personal Account, including login and password. in case of errors, notify the Contractor via online chat, or the application system.
The Contractor has the right:
- require from the user (client) confirmation of the basis for gaining access to the Content;
- monitor (record and register) the actions of the User (client) on the PingOcean Sites;
- restrict access of the User (client) to the Content if the User (client) does not fulfill and (or) improperly fulfills the obligations regulated by the Rules and other documents governing the use of PingOcean Sites, including by blocking the User’s Personal Account;
- carry out communications with the User (client) according to the specified Personal data, including sending messages, notifications and reports that can be transmitted online, by e-mail, sms, ftp, via API, PUSH notifications in the mobile application, via unloading reports in PDF and Excel formats;

All suggestions and questions regarding the use of PingOcean services should be sent to PingOcean support at the email address support@pingocean.com, either through an online chat in your personal account or the application registration system, by phone +7 (727) 349 55 00.
The contractor provides support during working hours, depending on the agreed SLA level.
The user (client) has the right to use the information transmitted as a result of the provision of support services, or displayed in your personal account on the conditions specified in the Privacy Policy https://pingocean.com/policy
Technical requirements
Requirements for the software and hardware of the User (client):
- a valid business email address to which the User (client) has access. At the same time, the Contractor does not guarantee and is not responsible for the impossibility of providing Content due to restrictions on received messages established by third parties on mail servers, including spam filters that define the Contractor's messages as spam or doubtful letters;
- a valid working or mobile number of a telecom operator, regardless of the location of the country to which the User (client) has access and has the necessary authority to use it;
The relative uninterrupted operation of the Site and PingOcean services is possible in Internet browsers, Opera 10.0 and higher, Mozilla Firefox 10.0 and higher, Google Chrome 10.0 and higher, Safari 5.0 and higher.
The hardware requirements of the software and hardware (computer or other device) of the User (client) corresponding to the requirements of the operating system.
The functionality of the PingOcean Site and access to content is realized only in full compliance with the following hardware and software requirements for mobile devices based on Android and IOS operating systems:
- for the correct display of Content, the display of the mobile device must support the resolution of:
- for mobile devices based on the Android operating system;
- 1136 x 640 and above for mobile devices based on the iOS operating system.
- Google Chrome Internet browser version 39.0.2171.93 and higher (testing was not performed on earlier versions of the Internet browser);
- Safari Internet browser version 5.0 and higher (testing was not performed on earlier versions of the Internet browser);
- the presence of a built-in text editor of a mobile device suitable for viewing Content.
The declared functions are implemented only in full compliance with the following hardware and software requirements for mobile devices based on: Android operating system and iOS operating system:
- the display of the mobile device must support a resolution of 1024x768 and higher; the display of a mobile device must support a resolution of 1136 x 640 and higher
- Android operating system, starting with version 4.1.x and higher (testing was not performed on earlier versions of the Android operating system); IOS operating system starting with version 7.0 and higher (tests on earlier versions of the IOS operating system were not performed);
- Google Chrome Internet browser version 39.0.2171.93 and higher (testing was not performed on earlier versions of the Internet browser); Safari Internet browser version 5.0 and higher (testing was not performed on earlier versions of the Internet browser).
Requirements for communication channels – Internet connection speed from 512 Kbps per device. When using communication channels with a lower speed, the operational efficiency can be significantly reduced.
Content Terms
This section of the Terms of Use of the PingOcean website, implemented as part of the Declared Functions, defines the conditions for the provision of the Services, including the name (s), features, information about the main properties, the deadline and procedure for calculating the term for the services provided by the Contractor.
Considering the content, the Contractor renders the following types of Services:
Fraud Detection – is an independent Bypass fraud detection system using test calls made by end users of fixed and mobile networks of telecom operators around the world. The system instantly detects the sources of inflow of fraud traffic onto the operator’s network, namely, it independently selects the most probable fraud routes, due to the use of the CDR verification system it does not have false positives when using short-term redirection, it remains invisible to the fraudster filters, and has anti-spoofing mechanisms. Calls are made by live subscribers, which, if necessary, can be used in legal procedures to confirm the fact of a call from subscriber A.
How to connect to the service:
- register or log in to the operator’s Personal Account https://pingocean.com/signup;
- select channels for sending notification events API, FTP, E-mail, SMS. In your account you need to go to the sections Fraud Detection - API - Allerts;
- if necessary, create a SIP-trunk. In your personal account you need to go to the sections: Settings - SIP Trunks - New +;
- form tasks for dialing. In your account you need to go to the section: Fraud Detection - Tasks - New +;
- run the script.
The result of the Service provided – in your account in the Fraud Detection - Tests section, the test results are displayed. And information on selected events is sent via the configured notification channels. The user can upload the necessary test results in PDF and Excel format in the Fraud Detection - Tests section.
Testing the quality of voice routes (Routes Quality voice) – a system that allows you to test the quality of voice routes of operators based on the last mile and provides an objective assessment of voice quality. The system can work around the clock in online mode, and instantly detect FAS routes, false billing, hearing loss, and many other technical parameters for each voice route. It is also possible to integrate with the operator’s switching systems and automate voice traffic routing processes based on the results of route testing.
How to connect to the service:
- register or log in to the operator’s Personal Account https://pingocean.com/signup;
- select the channels for sending notification events API, FTP, E-mail, SMS. In your personal account, go to the Routes Quality - Alerts section;
- create a SIP trunk. Go to the section: Settings - SIP Trunks - New +;
- formulate a table of prefixes of the tested operators. Go to the section: Tech Prefix - New +;
- select the tested direction. Go to the section: Voice Scripts - New +;
- run the script.
The result of the Service provided – in your account in the section Routes Quality - Voice Tests, the test results are displayed. And information on selected events is sent via the configured notification channels. The user can upload the necessary test results in PDF and Excel format in the Routes Quality - Voice Tests section.
Testing SMS routes – a service that allows you to test the quality of SMS routes to mobile networks of international operators. The system can work around the clock in online mode, and instantly detect deviations in the CLI delivery time, distortion of text information.
How to connect to the service:
- register or log in to the operator’s Personal Account https://pingocean.com/signup;
- connect the channel for sending test messages using the SMPP protocol. Go to sections Routes Quality - SMPP Server-New +;
- create a table of prefixes for outgoing SMS routes. The table should correspond to the same distribution of operators as on your switch. Section Tech Prefix - SMS Route - New +;
- select channels for sending notification events API, FTP, E-mail, SMS. Go to sections Routes Quality - Alerts - New +;
- generate a script for testing, select the tested operators in accordance with the table of prefixes, select the tested directions. Section Routes Quality Scripts - SMS Skripts - New +;
The result of the Service provided – in your account in the section Routes Quality - SMS Tests the test results are displayed. And information on selected events is sent via the configured notification channels. The user can upload the necessary test results in PDF and Excel format in the Routes Quality - SMS Tests section.
Spam – automatically sends spam numbers, Wangiri numbers that users of the mobile application have added to the filters. The service allows to exclude spam calls to current subscribers of the operator.
How to connect to the service:
- register or log in to the operator’s Personal Account https://pingocean.com/signup;
- select channels for sending notification events API, FTP, E-mail, SMS. Go to the Spam - Allerts - New + section;
The result of the Service rendered – all spam numbers will be transferred to the indicated notification channels online. The Spam - Spam log section displays information about all events of adding / removing numbers.
Cost and payment procedure
The cost of services is formed based on the country in which the client is located, or the tested telecom operator. The current tariff plan and unit of service cost are displayed in the Billing section. The service is provided on a prepaid basis.
The balance of the User (client) is displayed in the personal account in the Billing section.
Write-off from the balance of funds for the selected tariff plan is made at 12:00 on the first day of the month following the billing period. In case of insufficient funds on the balance of the User (Client) at the time of writing off, the provision of services is automatically suspended.
Write-off from the balance of funds under the tariff plan “For a unit of service” is made after each test connection. In case of reaching the zero balance level, and untimely replenishment of the account, the provision of services is automatically suspended.
Prices for PingOcean services are published (indicated) on the PingOcean Website page https://pingocean.com/services/voice-fraud-detection#prices. By registering on the site, the User (client) agrees with the indicated prices and terms of payment;
The total cost of services is formed based on the volume of the Order or the selected tariff plan;
Replenishment of the user's balance is carried out by bank transfer according to the details specified in the personal account in the Billing section.
The Contractor reserves the right to make a change in prices without prior notice. If the user (Client) uses a package tariff plan, the new prices will come into effect on the 1st of the next month.
Final provisions
The Contractor is not responsible for the quality and speed of access to the Contractor’s site on the part of the User (client) through communication channels of operators and Internet providers. The site may be temporarily unavailable, partially or completely due to preventive or other work, as well as for any other technical reasons. The Contractor has the right to periodically carry out the necessary preventive or other work.
The user (client) is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of personal data transmitted as a result of using the PingOcean services, i.e. login, password for access to the Personal Account. The Contractor is not responsible for any losses incurred by the Customer in connection with the unauthorized use of his personal account.
The Contractor provides access to the Content in the form in which it is available at the time of granting access, without any direct or indirect guarantees.
The Contractor reserves the right at any time to change the design of the Site, its content, Content, functionality, modify or supplement the objects used or stored on the PingOcean Site.
